The Addison location was founded in 1955 by Dr. Saul Schwartz, who set out to provide quality eye care to his community. His son, Dr. Lenny Schwartz, continued that mission and relocated the practice to Lake Street in 1985. In his final years, Dr. Lenny entrusted Dr. Albina to carry on the family legacy—one rooted in dedication, compassion, and deep community ties.

Excellent service. Monica was very helpful with explaining insurance costs, & helping me with trying out contact lenses. Dr Saleh took the time to ensure all my questions were answered during the exam & was very thorough in ensuring my contact lenses were the best fit. Highly recommend this place.

After visiting three different eye doctors for my 7-year-old daughter’s myopia management, Dr. Park was the only one who truly took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He’s incredibly attentive, easy to talk to, and very transparent about every step of the process.
My daughter actually looks forward to her visits—which says a lot! Dr. Park not only showed us how myopia management works, but after just one week of treatment, her vision improved dramatically—from 100/400 to not needing glasses at all.
We’re so grateful for his care and expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Park to any parent looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers amazing results.

Very nice eye care place. They take Blue Cross Blue shield Medicaid and have a good sampling of like 20-30 frames fully covered by Medicaid.
Very thorough with lots of good tests and no annoying eye puff machine.

All staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Park was extremely thorough and helpful. He explained everything and answered all questions I had. He has done eye exams for myself and my children and has great rapport with the entire family. I felt like Dr Park went above and beyond what was expected.

Dr. Park got me in right away and was very helpful! I was dealing with an infection in my eye that wouldn’t go away and he was knowledgeable, spoke to me with respect and understanding even when I wasn’t sure what was going on, and he checked in on me to make sure I was progressing!
I also had issues with my pharmacy not processing my prescriptions correctly. Dr. Park was easy to get in contact with to discuss the issues I was having and he even took it upon himself to call my pharmacy THREE times to make sure I got the medication I needed.
All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and quick to work with me.

I had been experiencing eye discomfort for a few weeks and came in to see Dr. Park at Eye Care Center in Addison. After a few tests, Dr. Park determined the underlying problem and provided me a treatment plan. My eyes are feeling great now! Great office and staff!

My son is 8 years old and has autism. I truly appreciate how well the entire staff was able to handle my baby. They made us comfortable, worked with any difficulties there were during his eye exam, to which there was only 1 occurrence with putting eye drops in his eyes, to which they managed to do, and just was overall pleasant. Thank you all there at Eye Care Center for giving us a really nice first visit

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but I had such a great experience I wanted to share mine. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the “Eye Care Center” because it looks fairly small from the outside but I was wondering pleasantly surprised to find an office that had top notch technology and a wonderful staff. I felt very well taken care of as a first time client and the doctor took the time to thoroughly explain some things about my eyes and his recommendations. BONUS- staff is bilingual and super friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place enough !

This place is great. I was visiting with my old friend for eye exam and everybody were very nice and helpful. Any time I call somebody picked up the phone. They are knowledgeable about insurence and explain everything nicely. The exem went really smoothly and Doctor was very nice.I recommend this Eye Care Center.

Albina, Dr. Najib OD and his team was amazing. Very patient and professional. Took the time to explain everything to me and my 5 year old. Which helped my 5 year old feel comfortable during the process.

WARNING. Go anywhere else, especially if you are taking your little kids in for an appointment. They want to falsely diagnose so they can make money off of a lifetime of appointments and prescription glasses. I denied care and then went to another doctor for a second opinion. 2nd doctor confirmed no problem. I feel very bad for the many people who are trusting the doctors at Eye Care Center who are being scammed. This is so very wrong.

Muhammad helped my mom find the best glasses and he was very attentive to her needs. My mom requires a lot of specificity for her glasses and he was very patient with us during the entire process. My husband has seen Dr.Qureshi before and we were able to book a quick appointment with her as it was a sudden accident that occurred requiring a swift intervention. During that whole experience the team was very kind, understanding, and helpful. I enjoyed that they have answers to all of our questions.

The Willowbrook location has a rich history dating back to 1955, when it was founded by Dr. Henry Luckhardt and later became Drs. Maze and Luckhardt. In 2023, Dr. David Maze passed the torch to his longtime friend Dr. Albina, who relocated the practice to the former office of retiring optometrist Dr. Les Paczkowski — creating a full-circle moment both professionally and personally.
